I acquired a papercut as I was shuffling through my papers today. It is on my the middle knuckle of my right middle finger. Paper is a hazard. Warning: Do not touch it.

Today was the last day of Homecoming week and I found myself elated with this knowledge. I came to school about three minutes late because I asked my Dad for money in the morning for lunch and he had to run inside the house while I was in the car to get it. Oops. Irresponsible May.

As I walked into my first hour I noticed the person sitting next to me, Jon, had his hair blue. Oh God. I sat down and looked around the room, a sea of blue, black, and silver, I was terrified.

My school spirit is lacking; should I be sorry? No, this school is nothing to be proud of. Their football teams shouldn't exist because of their lack of talent! Why do they keep parading around the school as if they just won state? They'll never get state, ever. My boyfriend and my brother's school, Rockhurst, as cocky as they are, are awesome at sports. (explains the over-all dickish attitudes of Rockhurst boys, if you ask me) Last year they were 6th in the nation for football. 6th in the nation, are you shitting me? Now *that* is something to be proud of.

...I walked around all day feeling like a conformist because I was wearing blue just like everyone else in their happy-blue (oxymoron) mood.

There was a parade after school today and that is why we got out an hour early; this is the only thing today worth mentioning.

I came home and fell asleep on the couch for a good few hours but not before I chowed down a huge bowl of spaghetti and an ice cream bar. My tummy feels weird.

Today it rained.

and I've always thought rain on wood was tranquil; it moves me.

and I noticed that this looked like a tear but I knew that it was nature's and not mine.

This is the first camera I've ever had; my parents got it for me two years ago.
