I just wanted to say that I was sorry for all of it. All of the things that I hold in my paper cup. I'm sorry that I never believed what you said because you and I are lost in this world together. You and I would have been perfect if at least one of us could see. And for a long time I was the only one who saw the beauty of what we were. But you lost your sight by looking too close. The trick to forgetting the over all picture is too look at everything up close. And I can't bring myself to be me again. Even if I stood in the rain and waited for you to come back on your white stallion ... Even then, I wouldn't know where to begin. There were things that we said to each other that can never be forgiven. It's tragedy that we both had to walk away. It is a tragedy all together that love ends. Hold me with your eyes close and lets fall in love again. I'm sure we could if we tried.
