CS Lewis Quote
I know. I know. I should be studying. I have finals in two days and its going to be hell because I'm so behind in studying.
But, I feel inspired right now. And I can't transmit my feeling of inspiration when my nose is stuck in a book. I mean in the way that school stifles your creativity.
And I just read a quote that made me feel like me again.
"If I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world." - C.S. Lewis
And I feel that I was. You know. Made for another world. That sometimes I feel like I could burst with the amount of passion that I feel. Just to live. Just to breathe. Just to be me.
And, sometimes I think that the world is too small for me to live. That it reservoir is too small to contain me. And I just want to explode. To be be extravagant. To be memorable.
I want you to remember me.
Know me.
Love me.
Quote me.
I want to be quoted. I want my mark on this world. And I want my words to be remembered like the way people study and literature. I want my words to be the permanent shape of people's mouth.
"Our passions our not too strong, they are too weak. We are far too easily pleased."
But, I know me. Know me. Get me. Have me. Look beyond what I am saying. And misunderstand me. I don't mean to be consistent.
I'm holding hands with C.S. Lewis and Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Let me say now. Know me. I'm going to be someday. And when I do, prepare world... because I'm going to make you mine.
If I'm not made for this world, then I'll make this world for me.
